PixlMediaServices, Inc. ("we," "us," or "DataRaven") operates the DataRaven™ platform at dataraven.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services.
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed and salted). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we process payment through Stripe — we never store your credit card numbers on our servers.
Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Salesforce, Shopify), we receive OAuth access tokens and the business data you authorize us to access. This data is used exclusively to power your DataRaven dashboard and AI insights. DataRaven accesses your integration data in read-only mode. In some cases, such as Google Ads, the API scope required by the provider may technically permit write access; however, DataRaven only reads data and never creates, modifies, or deletes any data in your connected accounts.
Usage Data: We collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the product experience.
Chat Questions: When you use the chat on our website or the help chat in the app, we keep the questions you type, the answers given, and the page you asked from, so we can see what people want to know and improve DataRaven and our help content. These are not linked to your name, account, or IP address. We remove email addresses and phone and card-like numbers before saving them, and delete them after 12 months. Please don't share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a chat.
Your integration data is used solely to generate dashboards, AI insights, competitor reports, and scenario analyses within your DataRaven account. All access to connected platforms is strictly read-only — DataRaven will never write to, modify, or delete data in any of your connected accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third party. Your data is never used to train AI models.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS (version 1.2 or higher). Our database enforces row-level security (RLS), ensuring that every query is scoped to the authenticated user. Access tokens for your connected accounts are additionally encrypted by DataRaven (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel (application layer) and Supabase (database and authentication), both of which maintain SOC 2 Type II reports.
We use the following third-party services to operate DataRaven:
Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery.
Stripe — Payment processing.
Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis engine. Anthropic processes your data to generate insights under its commercial terms: it does not use it to train its models, and it deletes it within 30 days (longer only where needed to enforce its usage policy or where required by law).
Resend — Sending our emails (alerts, weekly briefings, invitations and support replies).
Sentry — Error monitoring, so we can find and fix problems. Configured not to collect personal information by default.
Google, Salesforce, Shopify APIs — Integration data access via OAuth 2.0.
Google user data. DataRaven's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you see in DataRaven. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and people at DataRaven do not read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
We retain your account data and integration snapshots for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, all associated data (including integration snapshots and AI insights) is permanently deleted within 30 days. When you disconnect a data source, its stored access tokens are deleted from DataRaven right away (and revoked with Salesforce). You can also remove DataRaven's access at any time from your Google account or your Shopify store. Chat questions (see section 2) are deleted after 12 months.
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can disconnect any integration from your Settings page, which immediately revokes DataRaven's access to that service. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at privacy@dataraven.ai.
DataRaven uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We also set one first-party cookie that remembers which link or ad brought you to our site. It is kept for up to 30 days, is used only to count which links lead to sign-ups, and is not shared with advertisers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of DataRaven after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
