PixlMediaServices, Inc. ("we," "us," or "DataRaven") operates the DataRaven platform at dataraven.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services.
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed and salted). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we process payment through Stripe — we never store your credit card numbers on our servers.
Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Salesforce, Shopify), we receive OAuth access tokens and the business data you authorize us to access. This data is used exclusively to power your DataRaven dashboard and AI insights. DataRaven accesses your integration data in read-only mode. In some cases, such as Google Ads, the API scope required by the provider may technically permit write access; however, DataRaven only reads data and never creates, modifies, or deletes any data in your connected accounts.
Usage Data: We collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the product experience.
Your integration data is used solely to generate dashboards, AI insights, competitor reports, and scenario analyses within your DataRaven account. All access to connected platforms is strictly read-only — DataRaven will never write to, modify, or delete data in any of your connected accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third party. Your data is never used to train AI models.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Our database enforces row-level security (RLS), ensuring that every query is scoped to the authenticated user. OAuth credentials are stored in isolated encrypted vaults, separate from application data.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel (application layer) and Supabase (database and authentication), both of which maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. DataRaven's own processes are aligned with SOC 2 controls, and formal certification is in progress.
We use the following third-party services to operate DataRaven:
Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery.
Stripe — Payment processing.
Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis engine. Your data is processed by Claude to generate insights but is not stored by Anthropic or used for model training.
Google, Salesforce, Shopify APIs — Integration data access via OAuth 2.0.
We retain your account data and integration snapshots for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, all associated data (including integration snapshots and AI insights) is permanently deleted within 30 days. OAuth tokens are revoked immediately upon disconnection of an integration.
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can disconnect any integration from your Settings page, which immediately revokes DataRaven's access to that service. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at privacy@dataraven.ai.
DataRaven uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of DataRaven after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
