By accessing or using DataRaven (operated by PixlMediaServices, Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
DataRaven is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that connects to your existing data sources (including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Salesforce, and Shopify) and generates cross-platform insights, dashboards, and recommendations. The platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze your business data and provide actionable intelligence.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@dataraven.ai.
DataRaven offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to DataRaven, including business data accessed through connected integrations. We do not claim ownership of your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect third-party accounts and share the associated data with DataRaven. If you connect an account you do not own or have authorization to use, you assume full responsibility.
DataRaven uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and analyses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or strategic advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any insights at your own discretion.
DataRaven connects to third-party services via OAuth 2.0. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page.
The DataRaven platform, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of PixlMediaServices, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose during your subscription.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party service outages may temporarily affect data syncing. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixlMediaServices, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DataRaven, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of DataRaven after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
